Terms of Service.

By using rpdi.us or engaging with RP Digital Innovations for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

RP Digital Innovations provides custom software development, AI automation, and IT infrastructure services. The scope, timeline, and deliverables of each engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or project proposal agreed upon by both parties before work commences.

• ▹ Project fees are due as specified in the SOW. Standard terms are 50% upfront, 50% on delivery.
• ▹ Monthly retainers are billed at the start of each month and are non-refundable.
• ▹ Late payments (30+ days) may result in project suspension.

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of all custom-developed deliverables. RP Digital Innovations retains the right to list the engagement as a case study unless otherwise specified in the SOW.

Defects in our delivered work that are reported within 14 calendar days of delivery will be remediated at no additional charge. This guarantee does not apply to issues caused by client-side modifications, third-party service outages, or out-of-scope feature requests.

RP Digital Innovations' liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific engagement in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in Harris County, Texas.
