The discovery call is a 30-minute engineering-focused conversation. We ask about your current technology stack, the specific problem you need solved, your timeline, and your budget range. We do not do sales pitches — we diagnose your situation and tell you honestly whether we are the right partner.

All contact form submissions and direct emails receive a response within 24 hours during business days (Monday-Friday). Urgent requests are triaged within 4 hours.

Yes. While we are headquartered in Houston, we serve clients across the United States. However, for on-site IT services, we serve the Greater Houston metropolitan area only.

Our entry point is the Technical Audit at $5K–$10K. Sprint MVPs start at $15K. We do not take on hourly work or projects under $5K — this ensures we can give every client the full engineering attention they deserve.
